Aim

Prevention of disparity between male and female and ensure equal justice to both.

Objective & Activities:

• To establish equal rights in the society

• .To encourage women to move outside home

• .To prevent women oppression and ensure justice

• .To uphold position & self=respect in the office and family

• .To ensure environment for priority of women's education.

• (Pilot Project in South Vursi Union)

• To create environment for priority of women's education

• To ensure women's right to have health care

• In the family women's decision must be taken into consideration with importance.

• For all workers gender sensible environment should be created.

• To ensure change of inequality between men and women.

Create a Policy on Gender Issue and has include t Office Policy ,Rules & Constitutional structure..
Women have been given importance as a focal point regarding gender.
Steps taken to balance in employment matters.
To ensure holding of meeting, seminar, home sitting and arranging staging play and jarigon for prevention of disparity between men and women.
Legal aid offered to the beneficiaries in regard to dowry
